Kimmy's portrait was drawn with love on the highest quality pastel mat paper which is acid free, lightfast and archival. Due to the high quality of this paper, it holds the pastel well and it is unnecessary to spray with a sealing fixative. I also find fixatives can change the color with pastel drawings and for those reasons I prefer not to use them. Please be cautious when handling your portrait and only handle by the edges of the paper. Although the paper holds the pastel well, the pastels will still smudge if directly touched. It is recommended to leave in its protective sleeve until ready to frame.

Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork, I unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are unhappy with your portrait, please let me know before you make your final payment and I will do my best to find a solution to any of your concerns. Once the drawing ships, it cannot be returned for changes.
